Welsch 2022

A preview of the future. Welschriesling intended for sparkling wines, due to the temperature in the cellar, stopped its fermentation with residual sugar. We took advantage of this intermezzo and directly bottled one barrel. We wanted to see how this wine would look in the bottle with effervescence before it undergoes full secondary fermentation in the summer. A wine with pronounced acidity, incredibly drinkable. A limited edition from a new 500l barrel.
