Loess is more!

Majority of our vineyards grows on loess soils. Even if that sounds quite easy the loess may have different shape and form. Being mixed with sand or limestone, composing very light yellow soils or being black and heavy if equipped with clay parts.  In our eyes it depends a lot on how the soil was formed during the past milions of years -  blown deposits, river or sea sedimets or rest of firm parts which staied on top of the hill not move by water or wind away. But its still loess which bring a lot of fun into the cellar through the grapes.
