A pure expression of the Riesling variety without the influence of anything else. A wine that always does its job when needed. Juicy, with pleasant acidity. Aged for a year and a half on fine lees in stainless steel to highlight the structure of the wine, but without embellishments or diversions. Refinement in simplicity and straightforwardness.
