Pét-nat 2022

A wine that we created for everyday drinking. And since we focus on sparkling wines, this one must have bubbles too. A wine with natural effervescence created by completing fermentation in the bottle. It is not disgorged and contains yeast - you can choose whether you want the wine clean or, after shaking, with a more distinctive expression. The base consists of musts that we don't process into sparkling wine due to capacity limitations in the vessels, so the main varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Welschriesling, and Pinot Noir.

• Unfiltered, unclarified, naturally sparkling, sediment is not a problem
