Identity 2022

A sparkling wine that is a mark of our identity. A reflection of the locality and history, crafted using the traditional method. This is a "field blend" from small vineyards, gradually planted by different generations of our family. The varieties typical of our region are used here, mainly Grüner Veltliner, Rhein Riesling and Blaufränkisch but also bit Welschriesling, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir. Grapes from four vineyards are harvested, processed, and vinified together.
